Our Great Hall has tiered seating for 420, dual projectors and professional AV, so you won’t have to worry about not getting heard. Need something smaller? Our seminar rooms have full AV and city centre views with plenty of layout options.

Seminar Rooms

Our comfortable seminar rooms come with padded chairs and sturdy conference tables. All have full AV and city centre views. The rooms can be set up to your specification.

  • Projectors and screens for your powerpoints
  • Whiteboards for your ideas
  • Electrical points for your tech

We also have

  • Wifi access free of charge
  • Flip chart stands, notepads and pens from our on-site IT Shop

Hosting workshops or seminars with your conference? Our seminar rooms are just upstairs and are flexible open plan spaces.

Little things to make your life easier

The Kitchen doubles as a rest area and catering point, or if you’re really hungry Solus can be transformed in to an evening banquet room. Check out our catering options to see what we can cook up.

We’ve got plenty of our own food outlets on site too:

  • Magic Wrap freshly made hot wraps
  • CF10 cafe bar and takeout
  • The Taf Pub great pub food and bar
  • The Kitchen rolls, wraps and healthy snacks
  • Union Shop sandwiches, crisps, confectionary and more

As well as food we run our own IT Shop so you’ve got a helping hand if your laptop has a tantrum as well as a hairdressers so you can be sure you’ll look great on stage.

Somewhere to stay?

Our links with Cardiff University mean we can get great prices on halls of residence accommodation. We also have great links with the local hotels from our years of experience of putting up big name bands, and can arrange transport to and from the venue. When your guests arrive they’ll be able to drop off their coats and bags in our on site cloakroom.
